Platine x Atelier Brumont x LaVallée

Atelier Brumont is the project of Christiaan and Kristof, two friends brought together by a shared fascination for natural fermentation and a desire to rediscover the potential of their local landscape. Based in Limburg, they noticed an abundance of forgotten apple varieties left to fall and rot each year, inspiring them to transform this overlooked harvest into something worth celebrating. The result is a collection of expressive, naturally fermented ciders and fruit hybrids that challenge conventional expectations and bring new energy to the category.

Beyond the bottle, Atelier Brumont embraces collaboration through its “cider meets art” philosophy, inviting emerging artists to shape the visual identity of each release. For Platine, we’re proud to host the launch of their latest creation and celebrate a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, experimentation, and bringing people together around exceptional food and drink.

Expect bold, funky ciders carefully paired with the dishes of Nino Leurquin for an evening where fermentation takes center stage.
