Summer Bar & Restaurant

The Summer Bar & Restaurant is the beating heart of Platine’s residency. From Wednesday to Sunday, it serves as an open gathering space where visitors can unwind, discover new music, enjoy thoughtful food, share a bottle of natural wine, or simply spend time together.

More than just a bar, it acts as the central meeting point for everything happening throughout the residency, from workshops and radio broadcasts to dinners, performances, and spontaneous encounters.The space is designed by Club Derive, a collective exploring experimental approaches to club design and spatial experiences.

Throughout the summer, the musical atmosphere is curated by Microwave, a community-driven radio platform known for its distinctive approach to sound and visual culture.Our wine selection is curated by Grrrabuge, the annual natural wine festival hosted at LaVallée, bringing together a carefully selected range of producers and bottles that reflect their vision and taste.

Open from Wednesday to Friday from 16:00 onwards, and from Saturday to Sunday from 12:00 onwards.
