Meet Tom Pavle Grbic, a Swiss-Serbian artist based in Brussels since 2022 and currently completing his master's in performance arts at ERG. His work explores our relationship to public space and what happens to bodies when exposed to different public contexts, researching how cultural work can move along the line between fiction and poetic reality. Tom is also part of Collectif Je T'aime, a Swiss contemporary art collective. More of his work can be found at TomPavleGrbic.Fun.

For Platine, Tom invites participants into a sewing workshop where everyone creates their own Torso Wig—a tool for thinking and imagining masculinity. The aim is to open up space for new masculinities that are fun, joyful, artistic, decorative, soft, and playful. All materials are provided and ready to use, and no prior sewing experience is needed.

The workshop runs on a pay-what-you-can basis, from free participation to whatever feels right. Sewing takes its own time, so sessions typically last around 2 hours, welcoming an ideal group of 10 participants. Reservations can be made via Instagram (@t.p.grbic) or email (t.p.grbic@gmail.com)
